ELIGIBILITY: OPEN BY INVITATION ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE/PROVINCE OF PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND HAVE A VALID WORDS WITH FRIENDS ACCOUNT. Void Where Prohibited. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Zynga Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US/), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Words With Friends VIP Travel Mug Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 21, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer in PDT is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways: 1) Via in-game entry: Play and win fifteen (15) Dice Challenges within the Words With Friends game application using your active player account to earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Only the first fifteen (15) Dice Challenge wins will qualify; subsequent wins will not award additional entries. 2) Via web entry: Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/T4GeM7i2SH5sE63c7) during the Sweepstakes Period for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Eligible players may enter one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PDT on June 21, 2026. If a participant attempts to obtain more than one (1) entry, only the first eligible entry received will be counted, and subsequent entries will be void.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant or potential winner in the Sweepstakes, the entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry or entrant’s Zynga User ID or Player ID, as applicable, and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person in whose name the email account was opened, and such person must be eligible and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. If a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsors’ satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Twenty (20) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held within seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by telephone on or about July 6, 2026, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to acknowledge the initial notification within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable Prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any Prize after which the applicable Prize shall remain unawarded.

If a Canadian resident, the potential winner will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Failure to answer the question correctly will result in the prize being forfeited.

Only after Sponsor’s verification of the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules will the potential winners be deemed the “Winners.”

PRIZES (20): Twenty (20) Winners will each receive one (1) travel tumbler mug with Words With Friends VIP branding (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $50 USD.

Total ARV of all Prizes is $1000 USD.

Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will be delivered to Winners via physical mail. Limit one (1) prize per authorized account and household.

The ARV of the Prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of a Winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prizes. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and subject to the entrants’ reasonable prior notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.

Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and entrants hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

USE OF DATA: Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
