Go to your Profile Page by tapping your Profile.

Tap the cog Gear button.

 

Under Settings, scroll down and look for Contact Us, and tap “Need Help”.

 

Look for the article related to your concern, but if you need further help, tap “Chat with us” or click the chat icon above at the top-right corner of the screen.
