We are aware that from time to time, users may not receive prizes after winning Tournament, or playing the Daily Challenge. Sometimes granting prizes takes longer to process than we would like. We are working hard to make this faster. If you notice you are missing prizes, try these:

  1. Navigate the Store and note the amount of the prize in question.
  2. Force quit the game (press the button and swipe upwards on the Word Streak window).
  3. Restart the game.
  4. Navigate the Store to view your full inventory and you should see the correct value.
