Like the other Medallions, you need to drop it on the game board to activate. Once activated, Veruca will appear screaming and stomping her feet therefore removing hazards from the board (such as Cookies or Ice blocks).

The number in the icon will show the player how many blockers Veruca will remove. In this example at the left, the number is 9.
