We have been receiving reports that players are not getting the Unlimited Lives reward in the mini-events.

The timer of the Unlimited Lives start immediately upon claiming. As per design, you cannot activate it on your own so when you are granted with Unlimited Lives and then leave the game, the countdown will still start.

In case the Unlimited Lives reward is taking longer to claim than usual, we suggest that you force close the app and reopen. Here's how:
