If you’ve received a purchase failed error when attempting to purchase on your Android device, please update the Google Play Store on your device and recommend you follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right
  3. Choose “Settings”
  4. Choose “About”
  5. Scroll down to “Play Store version”
  6. Choose “Update Play Store”
