Zynga is committed to ensuring that our player experience is fun and safe for all players. If your experience is impacted by the behavior of others, please report these through our in-game reporting feature so we can review them effectively. 

 

We take all reports of player misconduct seriously and investigate all reports that we receive. As part of the process, we will provide you with a status update of your report via email.

 

To report someone, please follow the steps below:

 

To report in-game:

  1. To start a report, you can either tap on a message or House Chat from the offender and select the Report button…

  2.  OR select the offender’s profile icon and click on the Report button…

  3.  OR go to the offender’s profile and click on the Report button in the lower left hand side.

  4. You can also report a House by going to the House’s profile, selecting the three horizontal dots in the lower left corner, and clicking the Report button.

  5. After clicking on the Report button, you will be brought to the Report screen.

  6.  Select the Category or Categories that best suit the report you wish to submit.

  7. (Optional) Under the Category, fill in any further information that will help us understand your report better. You can also enter your email address in the provided field. Emails are only used for communicating report status. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

  8. When you are done, click on the Submit button in the lower right corner of the Report screen.
