Zynga’s Midsummer Motor-Journey VIP Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: OPEN BY INVITATION ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF PRIMARY RESIDENCE, AND HAVE A VALID ZYNGA POKER, HIT IT RICH CASINO SLOTS, WIZARD OF OZ SLOTS, WILLY WONKA SLOTS VEGAS CASINO, GAME OF THRONES SLOTS OR SPADES PLUS (“ELIGIBLE GAMES”) ACCOUNT. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA APPLY FOR PARTICIPATING IN A PORTION OF THE PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Ultimate Driving Tours USA, Inc. d/b/a HunterMoss (“Prize Provider”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Zynga Terms of Service (https://www.zynga.com/legal/terms-of-service), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

 

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Midsummer Motor-Journey VIP Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer in PDT is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.   

 

3. TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

 

1) Via in-game login:

Log into an Eligible Game (as defined in Section 1) using your active player account to earn entries based on your activity:

  • Daily Login: One (1) entry per day.
  • Milestone Bonus: Fifty (50) entries for logging in on twenty-one (21) unique days within the Sweepstakes Period.

 

2) Via web entry:

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/16oR4p7sxnrtezra6) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user five (5) entries into the sweepstakes.

 

3) Via email response without purchase:

Eligible players can receive five (5) additional entries by replying to their account manager’s email regarding the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit five (5) entries per account via this method.

 

Eligible players may enter up to eighty-five (85) times by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received more than the entry limit will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant or potential "winner" in the Sweepstakes, the entrant or potential winner will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry or entrant’s Zynga User ID or Player ID, as applicable, and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person in whose name the email account was opened, and such person must be eligible and otherwise comply with these Official Rules. If a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant or potential winner cannot be resolved to the Sponsors’ satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PDT on June 30, 2026. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

4. DRAWING/POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by telephone on or about July 13, 2026, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a Prize notification or Prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable Prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any Prize after which the applicable Prize shall remain unawarded.

 

5. PRIZES (2): Upon confirmation of the potential winner’s eligibility, two (2) winners (each a “Winner”, collectively “Winners”) will each receive a three-day, two-night prize package taking place October 6, 2026 to October 8, 2026 (“Prize”), for Winner and one (1) guest with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $25,000 USD, including:

  • $3,000 USD, issued as a check or wire transfer, to be used towards travel, travel insurance, and other expenses at the Winner’s discretion
  • Two (2) nights at The Inn on Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina (one double-occupancy room; room and tax only)
  • Curated driving experience day exploring Asheville featuring supercars/luxury vehicles, including pre-planned route instructions and on-road support
  • Two (2) daily breakfasts, two (2) gourmet 2-course lunches, two (2) cocktail hours and signature wine-paired dinners
  •  Luxury airport transfers (within 2 hours of Asheville, North Carolina), parking, resort fees, and gratuities
  • Professional photography package with digital downloads

 

Total ARV of all Prizes is $50,000 USD. Actual value may vary based on Winner’s individual travel details. The actual value of the Prize will be reported to the IRS and Winners will each be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value as required by law. Winners will not receive difference between actual value and ARV.

 

Winner is responsible for booking air transportation for Winner and guest (using the check/wire transfer portion of the Prize or other means, at the Winner’s discretion) to reach Asheville, North Carolina within the timeline to be specified by Sponsor.  Terms and conditions apply to the use of Prize, including an agreement with Prize Provider required to be executed before participation in the Prize.  All expenses related to Prize acceptance, other than those expressly identified, are at the sole cost of Winner. Upon hotel check-in, and at the hotel's discretion, Winner may be required to provide a valid major credit card or another acceptable form of payment for incidentals. All in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals, and any other expenses charged to Winner's hotel room may be charged to that credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. Prize must be used on dates specified by Sponsor, and Winner (and guest) must be present at the specified location in Asheville, North Carolina within the specified timeline designated by Sponsor, or such portion of the Prize will be forfeited.

 

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. If, for whatever reason, the driving experience is cancelled or postponed after the Prize is awarded, Sponsor’s responsibility for the Prize is limited only to the non-driving portions of the Prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled or postponed driving experience. Sponsor will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other occurrence outside of their reasonable control that may cause the tour to be cancelled or postponed. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner (and guest) may not substitute, assign, sell, or transfer Prize or use the Prize for any other commercial or promotional purpose. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification of the Winner and forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Communications regarding the Prize will be delivered to Winner electronically or via US Mail, as applicable. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

 

Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the Prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prize(s) or any Prize (or portion of a Prize) that is undeliverable or does not reach a Winner because of an incorrect or changed address. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. If a Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited, and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited.

 

6. WINNER REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS: To participate in the Prize, Winners and their guests must meet the following criteria:

 

  • Driver Eligibility: All drivers must be 30 years of age or older at the time of participation in the Prize, hold a valid government-issued driver’s license, and maintain a valid automotive insurance policy for the United States. The driver will need to provide documentation supporting eligibility upon Sponsor’s request prior to the Prize dates.
  • Guest Eligibility: Non-driving guests must be at least 18 years of age and the legal age of majority in their state of primary residence at the time of participation in the Prize.
  • Documentation: Winners and guests will be required to sign a separate agreement with Prize Provider (which includes an assumption of liability for incidents of damage, loss or theft to vehicles), a Release of Liability and, unless prohibited, a Publicity Release upon Sponsor’s request prior to participation in the Prize.
  • Travel Insurance: Winners and guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance valid during the dates of the Prize.
  • Medical Condition: Winners and guests must be medically and physically fit for travel and driving, as applicable.

 

If the Winner or guest violates any applicable terms or policies, including the agreement with Prize Provider, fails to comply with the Prize Provider’s safety protocols, or engages in behavior that in Sponsor’s or Prize Provider’s discretion is inappropriate, dangerous, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to revoke any portion of the Prize or terminate the remainder of the Prize early. Decisions regarding the conduct of the Winner and guest in all aspects of participation in the Prize, or any associated activity, will be at the discretion of Sponsor and any of the Sponsor’s representatives, which is final and binding in all respects.

 

7. PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner and guest, by acceptance of or participation in the Prize, except where legally prohibited, grant permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their names, addresses (city and state/province), photographs, voices and/or other likenesses and Prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

 

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Prize Provider, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded Prize (including (i) any travel or activity related thereto, (ii) services, products, or equipment provided or operated by any transportation company, hotel, restaurant, photographer, or other entity in connection with the provision of the Prize, or (iii) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any other party (including another Released Party)).

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, phone calls, or communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

 

9. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

 

10. USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/en-US/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

 

11. WINNER LIST: To receive the name of the Winners (first name, last initial and state of residence), send an email to [email protected] with “Midsummer Motor-Journey VIP Sweepstakes” in the subject line, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
