ELIGIBILITY: OPEN BY INVITATION ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID MERGE DRAGONS! ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on September 30, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

 

TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

 

1) Via in-game entry:

Make an in-game purchase of at least USD $9.99 in Merge Dragons!. Each separate purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will result in a certain number of sweepstakes entries depending on the purchase amount as set forth below:

 

  • Each separate purchase of USD$9.99 to USD$14.98: 20 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD$14.99 to USD$29.98: 30 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD$29.99 to USD$49.98: 100 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD$49.99 to USD$99.98: 200 entries
  • Every USD$100.00 purchased over USD$99.98 will grant 200 additional entries; e.g., a purchase of USD$99.99 to USD$199.98 will result in 400 entries, a purchase of USD$199.99 to USD$299.98 will result in 600 entries, and so on.

 

2) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user twenty (20) entries into the sweepstakes.

 

3) Via email response without purchase:

You can receive one (1) additional entry by replying to your account manager’s email regarding this sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit two (2) additional entries per account via this method.

 

You may enter an unlimited number of times by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga user ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PT on September 30, 2023. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by telephone and may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded.

 

PRIZES (1): One (1) USD $5,000.00 check. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: USD $5,000.00. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per authorized account and household.

 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, postage-due or garbled emails, notifications, purchases, mail, entries, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the websites or apps. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or websites or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) for the Entry Period(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Periods prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.

WINNERS LIST: To receive the names of the winners (first name, last initial and state/province of residence), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Merge Dragons!
