Zynga’s Merge Dragons! Birthday Bash Streak Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID MERGE DRAGONS! ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, ESTABLISHING ONE IS FREE. ALL MERGE DRAGONS! TERMS APPLY. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Take-Two Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US/), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Zynga’s Merge Dragons! Birthday Bash Streak Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 29, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

- Via in-game login: Log into the Merge Dragons! game application using your active player account each day for all nine (9) days of the Sweepstakes Period to earn one (1) entry. Missing a daily login will disqualify you from earning an entry.
Eligible players may enter a maximum of one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries from any player in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID, Player ID, or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PDT on June 20, 2026. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS: On or about July 6, 2026, nine (9) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (upon confirmation of eligibility, potential winners will be deemed “Winners” or individually “Winner”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: The potential Winners will be notified on or about July 13, 2026 by in-game direct messaging and/or via email where possible and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 (or country equivalent) within five (5) days of notification. Potential Winners will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number for tax reporting purposes.
If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without mechanical or other assistance, in order to claim the Prize.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct background checks on potential Winners. Potential Winners must provide authorization and/or complete any forms reasonably required to facilitate such background check. Failure to comply with such search may result in disqualification and may result in selection of an alternate Winner (time permitting). Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify a potential Winner based on the results of such background check, if the Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that awarding this opportunity to such potential Winner might reflect negatively on the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, and/or the Released Entities. Factors that may result in disqualification of a potential Winner include, without limitation, conviction of a felony or misdemeanor, or any other criminal or civil offense as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor or, if Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that awarding a prize status to such individual may reflect unfavorably on the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, and/or the Released Entities (as defined below).
If a potential Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, fails to return all required documents within the time period stated, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential Winner rejects their prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules and requirements, such potential Winner’s prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries (time-permitting).
No compensation will be given upon disqualification. Sponsor will select up to three (3) alternate Winners for any prize; after which, such prize will remain unawarded.
PRIZES (9): Nine (9) Winners will each receive one (1) Birthday Goodie Swag Bag (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $232). (Each a “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”).
Total ARV of all Prizes: $2,088 USD.
Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will be delivered to Winners via physical mail.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, in-app messages, phone calls, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website or app. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, app or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/en-US . By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
WINNER LIST: To receive the name of the winner (first name, last initial and state/province of residence), send an email to [email protected], with “Zynga’s Merge Dragons! Birthday Bash Streak Sweepstakes” in the subject line, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
