Nestled near the farm lies an oasis of safety, an Animal Sanctuary where exotic creatures roam free in environments that mirror their natural habitats, surrounded by their kindred spirits. But this haven isn't just for the animals—it's a beacon of education and wonder for the townsfolk, inviting them to witness the majesty of these magnificent creatures up close, and learn from their presence.

In a symbiotic pact with the community, Jane calls upon their vigilance to report any sightings of these exotic beings nearby, ensuring swift rescue missions when needed. Now, she seeks your expertise and dedication to help realize this sanctuary's full potential. Are you ready to embark on this extraordinary journey with her?

New players need to reach Level 15 to unlock this feature, followed by the Sanctuary Visitor Orderboard unlocking upon completing Chapter 2 in the Exotic Animal Quest.

For veteran farmers with an existing Exotic feature, you will be asked to confirm if you would like to upgrade to the new Exotic Animals system. Type YES (all letters capitalized) in the box and tap on the Confirm button.

Note: No need to worry for your existing Exotic Animals as they will be automatically transferred along with their respective habitats already placed in the sanctuary. All Elixirs and Exotic Tokens you currently have will be automatically converted to Magic Cards and Sanctuary Expansion Parts. Additionally, you can get Decorations for every Exotic Homes and Skins you have and you can find them in the Build menu for Decorations in the Animal Sanctuary.

The entrance to the sanctuary can be found between the waterfall and the Townhall. Also, the Ranger Tower on your farm will be relocated here.

You will arrive at the Animal Sanctuary which you can expand and decorate just like your farm.

Check out the new Exotic Collection Book, which will help you keep track of your Exotic Animals collection. You’ll find it in the bottom right corner of the screen.

There are 5 different ecosystems that each animal belongs to:

  • Forest (Green)
  • Mountains (Lavender)
  • Snow (Blue)
  • Desert (Yellow)
  • Jungle (Pink)

Each ecosystem in the Exotic Collection Book consists of pages, and each page shows animals with similar characteristics in the same group. You can get rewards such as Animal Sanctuary XP points, Exotic Animal Chest, and Coins every time you unlock all of the animals in a group.

Getting New Exotic Animals

To get new Exotic Animals, you need to collect a specific number of Exotic Animal Cards. Each kind of animal has its own unique Exotic Animal Card. You can earn Exotic Animal Cards by completing Sanctuary Visitor Orders, progressing at the Exotic Animals Quest, competing in Limited Time Events, or buying it from the Exotic Merchant Shop.

Upon collecting enough Animal Cards, you can unlock that Exotic Animal. Just open your Exotic Collection Book and tap on that animal, and it will be delivered at the entrance of the sanctuary.

Building Animal Homes

Exotic Animals will need a home in the sanctuary and while animals may belong in the same habitat, they will only share a home with their own group. Tap on the hammer button in the lower right corner of the screen to start building their home.

If you’re unsure what Animal Home to build, simply tap on the homeless animal.

You can build Animal Homes on an unlocked vacant land.

Constructing will require Expansion Parts, which can be obtained as milestone rewards from the Sanctuary Orderboard.

Sanctuary Orderboard

Unlock the Sanctuary Orderboard after completing chapter two of the Exotic Animal Quest.

You can access the Sanctuary Orderboard either by the Sanctuary entrance on your farm or beside the Sanctuary Merchant inside the Sanctuary.

Click the bag on the top part of the screen to view the possible rewards.

Need help completing Sanctuary Orderboard orders? Tap on the order that you need help with and tap on the Ask For Help button. Your Co-op will be notified about your request right away.

Note: The Ask For Help button can only be used up to five (5) times per day.

Sanctuary Parts Backpack can be purchased from the Animal Sanctuary Merchant using Keys.

Note: The number in the red circle indicates the daily limit for some items in the Animal Sanctuary Merchant. Also, after purchasing a limited item, the next purchase will require a higher Key type (ie: Buying Sanctuary Parts Backpack using bronze Keys will change its cost to silver Keys for the next purchase).

You also have the option to pay for the missing items using Gems.

Once the home is constructed, the Exotic Animal will occupy it. Be sure to claim the Sanctuary XP Points to level up your Exotic Animal Sanctuary.

Any kind of decoration, including Flowers and Trees, that you will place on your Sanctuary will also yield Sanctuary XP Points.

Sanctuary Surprise
When you visit your Animal Sanctuary every 8 hours, you can find a gift box balloon button on a random animal that you currently have. Click on it to claim surprise rewards.

The first option can be claimed for free, but if you would like an item on the 2nd or 3rd option, you’ll need to exchange it with Animal Energy.

You can claim more when you visit your Animal Sanctuary after 8 hours.

You will also see Jane on your farm, reminding you that you have a gift to claim at your Animal Sanctuary.

Tapping on the Visit Sanctuary button will redirect you to the Animal Sanctuary immediately.

Training

Collecting Exotic Animal Cards does not stop after unlocking the Exotic Animal. The cards that you collect further can be used to train them and raise their Animal Power which will be most helpful when doing Exotic Animal Quests. To train an animal, open your Exotic Collection Book, and tap on the Training button at the top of the screen.

Animal Cards and Coins are used to train animals per level. The higher the level you wish to train your animal, the more Coins will be required. You can use the (+) and (-) buttons to quickly reach the desired level. You will receive Animal Sanctuary XP points for each level up.

Note: The (-) button can’t be used to lower an animal’s current level.

Every time you level up your Animal Sanctuary, you will receive Magic Cards. These cards can be converted to any specific Animal Card with a 1:1 ratio, and be used to train your animals.

Evolving Exotic Animals

Animal levels can only be raised up to a certain point. However, rare and legendary animals can evolve so that their levels can be raised further. The stars indicate how many times an animal can evolve.

Evolving animals will require certain Evolution Materials and Coins. You can purchase Evolution Materials from the Sky Race Store or from Merchant.

Once you have gathered everything, you can evolve your Exotic Animal.

After evolving, you can train your Exotic Animal to raise its level further up to a certain degree. Evolve them further and unlock their maximum potential!

Land Expansion

Unlock more land to have more room to place more Animal Homes and Decorations. Expansion Parts and Coins will be required to unlock new land. Get items as milestone rewards from the Sanctuary Visitor Orderboard, or from Sanctuary Parts Backpack which can be purchased at the Animal Sanctuary Merchant using Keys.

You also have the option to pay for the missing items using Gems.

Exotic Animal Quests

Aside from the one by the entrance to the Animal Sanctuary on your farm, there’s also a Ranger Station in the Animal Sanctuary just past arch. Tap on either one of them, then tap on the compass button to enter the Exotic Animal Quest.

Here is the map showing available Quests. Unlock each Chapter by completing Quests and Missions.

Pick an Exotic Animal from your collection or assemble the perfect team for each mission by dragging each animal to the slot. You may also tap each slot and it will automatically assign an animal with the highest Power.

Start the hunt for rare items using Animal Energy.

Animal Energy is required to send animals on Quests. It recharges over time so you can either wait for it to replenish, watch ads to earn chances to spin the wheel, rewards from limited time events, or purchase more using Gems.

The Power Gauge fills as you assign an animal for the mission. The bars in the Power Gauge represent the number of attempts you can make to search for the reward.

With a full gauge, you have 5 attempts to find the treasure. To search for the hidden treasure, let’s try tapping one of the objects of the forest.

Once the Treasure is found, tap the treasure box to collect your rewards.

Check out the GIF image below for a demonstration.

As you go through the Chapter Quests, you can obtain Exotic Card Chest which contains Exotic Animal Cards. Tap the quest icon to check the possible rewards that you can get!

Quick Mission

Aside from Chapter quests, there are also side quests that you can play to obtain ingredients for crafting, such as Avocado, Mango, and Pineapple.
