We’ve been talking about Flash going away for a while now, and the time has come! FarmVille 2 previously ran on Adobe Flash, and as of December 31, 2020, all web browsers have officially revoked support for Flash. In order to keep playing FarmVille 2, it’s important that you download and install the FarmVille 2 Launcher+ on your computer.

Where is the FV2 Launcher+ Available?
The FV2 Launcher+ is currently available only to users of Mac, Windows 7, and 10 (64-Bit), on Chrome and Firefox browsers only. We are working on solutions for other OSes & browsers. It is available on Facebook as well as Zyngagames.com.
Installation Guide
Step 1:
On your FarmVille 2 loading screen, click on ‘Get Launcher+’ on this pop-up.
Step 2 [Chrome Browser]:
- Before the download begins, your Chrome Browser may flash a warning. Don’t worry, the FV2 Launcher+ is safe & secure. Go ahead & click on ‘Keep’.
- After that, click on the downloaded file at the bottom left corner.
Step 2 [Firefox Browser]:
If you are a Firefox user, you will be asked what you want to do with the file. ‘Open with: Installer’ will have been selected for you by default. Go ahead & click on ‘OK’.
Step 3:
You will now see this screen, from which you will be guided through the Installation Steps. Click on ‘Continue’.
Step 4:
On the next screen, click on ‘Install’.
Step 5:
Now comes the permission step. Again, the Launcher+ is completely safe & secure, so don’t worry! Go ahead & enter your Mac Password to allow the installation.
Step 6:
Your installation has now begun. Wait for the Progress Bar to fill up all the way to the end!
Step 7:
Congrats! You have now successfully installed the FV2 Launcher+! Click on ‘Close’.
Step 8:
After the installation, you would no longer need the Launcher+ Installer. On this screen, you may click on ‘Move to Trash’.
Step 9:
Once that’s done, Refresh your game!
Step 10:
Finally, collect these awesome rewards!
And that’s it! So simple, right? The brand new Launcher+ will give you a seamless farming experience and lots of exciting rewards and upgrades. Happy Farming!
Instructions of Use:
Make sure to follow these steps in order to enjoy a smooth experience with the Launcher+:
Step 1: If your browser is in full screen mode, first exit full screen.
Step 2: Then click on 'Play'.
Step 3: That's it! Your game will open in a separate window.
To return to your browser, simply exit full screen on your game window!
Browser Eligibility
The Launcher+ is currently available on Chrome and Firefox browsers only. We are working on making it available on other browsers. Please note that after installation, it will not work on Safari or any other browser besides Chrome and Firefox.
If you don’t have Chrome or Firefox installed on your computer, you will have to do so first. Further, in order to use the FV2 Launcher+ Desktop Shortcut, you will need to set either Chrome or Firefox as your Default Browser.
