ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR WIZARD OF OZ MAGIC MATCH 3 (“the Game”), WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. 

TIME PERIOD: The Event starts on Sept 13, 2025, at 12:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and ends on Sept 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT.

HOW TO ENTER:  Eligible players of the Game can enter the drawing by completing 3 levels after enrolling in the in-game event “SailBoat Challenge”. 

DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing held after the end of the event Time Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified on Sept 17, 2025, at 12:01 AM PDT via in-game messaging.   PRIZES: Each of the 5 winners will receive 300 in-game coins.  All players who participate will receive 3 hours of in-game life. No real-world value to any prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, the prizes are in-game virtual goods which: (i) have no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of the Game; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with our Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/.

The winners may not substitute, assign or transfer any prize, but we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to substitute any p or any part thereof for a prize of comparable or greater value. Please review our privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from sweepstakes participation or any sweepstakes-related activity. Any disputes as to the sweepstakes will be settled in accordance with our Terms of Service https://www.take2games.com/legal, including Section 17 thereof.
