You can request a copy of your game account data  by following a few simple steps.  If you are on the older version, please follow Option 1, if you are on the newer version, please follow Option 2 as mentioned below: 
 

OPTION 1:


1. Tap on the Settings button.




2. Tap the Privacy Settings button.
 


3. Tap on Show My Data.
 


4. Type your email address into the space provided and then tap Submit.
 


5. Check your email for your verification code, type the code into the space provided and tap Submit.
 


6. A copy of your game account data will be sent to your email address.
 
 

To request to delete your game account data, follow these simple steps:

1. Tap on the Settings button.



2. Tap the Privacy Settings button.
 


3. Tap on Delete My Data.
 


4. Tap Yes to confirm you would like to delete your game account data.


5. A confirmation message will appear. Tap Yes to confirm your data deletion request.
 


6. Your data deletion request has been received and will be processed.
 
 

OPTION 2:

 
You can use Zynga's Personal Data Request Portal (privacy.zynga.com) to download or delete your game account data.

You will need your Player ID and PIN to use Zynga's Personal Data Request Portal.

To find your Player ID and PIN for 1010!, simply follow these steps:

1. Tap on the Settings button.

 

2. Tap the Privacy Settings button.
 
 
3. Tap on Personal Data Request.
 
 
 4. Here you will find your Player ID and PIN.
