Two Dots – Sweet Dozen Prize Pot Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

ELIGIBILITY: 

• Physical Prizes: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC), METROPOLITAN FRANCE, GERMANY, AND THE UNITED KINGDOM (“ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES FOR PHYISCAL PRIZES”). 
• Digital Prizes: OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS WORLDWIDE WHERE THE GAME IS AVAILABLE AND PARTICIPATION IS NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW (“GLOBAL DRAWING POOL”). 
• GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: ALL ENTRANTS MUST HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR TWO DOTS (“THE GAME”), AND BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE (OR THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE ENTRANT’S COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, IF HIGHER). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Establishing a Two Dots account is free. All Two Dots terms apply. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries and any advertising and promotion agencies engaged for publication of the Game are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws.

SPONSOR: ZYNGA INC., a wholly owned subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., located at 1200 PARK PLACE, SAN MATEO, CA 94403.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Two Dots Sweet Dozen Prize Pot Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") starts on June 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) / 9:00 AM Central European Summer Time (“CEST”) and ends at 1:00 AM PDT / 10:00 AM CEST on June 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer in CEST is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.  

HOW TO ENTER:  Eligible players can enter the Sweepstakes by collecting Tasty Tickets (“Tickets”) from in-game events or entries via the free web form as follows during the Sweepstakes Period: 

• Leagues – Available to play every week, Monday to Sunday (each, a “Leagues Event”) from June 1, 2026 – June 29, 2026 

To earn tickets in a Leagues Event, a player must collect trophies by winning SAGA Map levels to progress on the leaderboard. The number of tickets awarded will be dependent on a player’s position on the leaderboard and on their league tier. A player must be in the top five (5) on the leaderboard to earn tickets. Tickets will be distributed among the first 5 positions in the League. Each League Event resets/ends on Mondays at 6:30 AM CEST. Leagues unlocks when a player reaches Level 17.

Total tickets per Leagues Event are as follows:

• Bronze Tier - 210 tickets
• Silver Tier – 240 tickets
• Gold Tier – 420 tickets
• Crystal Tier - 840 tickets
• Diamond Tier - 1710 tickets
• Cannon Carnival – Available to play every Friday through Monday (each a “Cannon Carnival Event”) from June 5, 2026 – June 29, 2026

To earn tickets in a Cannon Carnival Event, a player must collect balls by winning SAGA Map levels to progress in the event. The number of tickets awarded will be dependent on a player’s progression in the event. The total number of tickets an entrant can earn per Cannon Carnival Event is 2200. Cannon Carnival Events reset/end at 10:00 AM CEST on Mondays and Fridays. Cannon Carnival unlocks when a player reaches Level 35.

• Temple Trials - Available to play every Friday through Monday, and Monday through Friday (each, Friday - Monday and each Monday - Friday is a separate “Temple Trials Event”) from June 5, 2026 – June 29, 2026

Each Temple Trials Event is composed of four (4) rounds. By winning round 1, a player can win 100 tickets; in round 2, 150 tickets; in round 3, 200 tickets; and in round 4, 250 tickets. The final prize for players who complete all four rounds is 300 tickets. Up to 1000 tickets can be won per Temple Trials Event. Temple Trials Events reset at 10:00 AM CEST on Mondays and Fridays. Temple Trials unlocks when a player reaches Level 150.

• Cave Chase – Available to play every Friday through Monday (each, a “Cave Chase Event”) from June 5, 2026 – June 29, 2026

Cave Chase is composed of four (4) rounds. By winning round 1, a player can win 50 tickets; in round 2, 100 tickets; in round 3, 250 tickets; and in round 4, 50 tickets. Rounds 1 -3 can only be played one time per Cave Chase Event. Round 4 can be replayed up to six (6) times per Cave Chase Event, allowing for up to 300 tickets. Players can earn a maximum of 700 tickets per Cave Chase Event. Cave Chase Events reset at 10:00 AM CEST on Mondays and Fridays. Cave Chase unlocks when a player reaches Level 30.

• Gems Odyssey – Available to play every Monday through Thursday (each a separate “Gems Odyssey Event”)

To earn tickets in a Gems Odyssey Event, a player must collect pickaxes by winning SAGA Map levels to progress in the event. The number of tickets awarded will be dependent on a player’s progression in the event. The total number of tickets an entrant can earn per Gems Odyssey Event is 1700. Hidden Temple Events reset at 10:00 AM CEST on Mondays and Fridays. Gems Odyssey unlocks when a player reaches Level 35.

• Daily Login – Available June 1, 2026 – June 28, 2026

Players can earn 25 tickets per day by logging into the Game and collecting their daily reward in-Game. Players that login for seven (7) consecutive days will earn 100 tickets on the seventh day, for a total of 250 tickets per seven (7) day log-in streak. The total number of tickets an entrant can possibly earn via this method is 1000. The Daily Login Calendar unlocks when a player reaches Level 16.

• Life Gifting/Share Lives – Available June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026

Players can share an in-game life with an in-game friend to earn five (5) tickets. To participate, players must navigate to the Social tab or Lives Inbox to view pending requests from friends. By fulfilling a life request and successfully sharing a life with a friend, a player will earn five (5) tickets per life shared.

Players may request lives from friends up to five (5) times per day, subject to a four (4) hour cooldown period between requests. Participation in this entry method is limited to players with a maximum of fifty (50) in-game friends. The maximum possible number of tickets an entrant can earn via this method is 7,500.

• Web Form Entry (no purchase necessary)

Complete the form located here (Full URL: https://forms.gle/5kNwmv5fJAsjQpR56) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submission will gain the user fifty (50) tickets into the sweepstakes. Limit seven (7) web form submissions per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each ticket is equal to one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Each entrant may obtain a maximum of 10,000 entries during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Any entries obtained in excess of 10,000 per entrant will be void.  Tickets obtained in-game are an automated entry into the Sweepstakes.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 10:00AM CEST / 1:00 AM PDT on June 30, 2026. Entries or tickets generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process or are in violation of Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/, or these Official Rules are void. Tickets have no value outside of The Game. 

DRAWING/WINNER SELECTION: Twenty-five (25) potential winners will be selected in a series of random drawings held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. 

• Physical Prize Drawings: Thirteen (13) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received from the Eligible Countries for Physical Prizes.
• Digital Prize Drawing: Twelve (12) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received from the Global Drawing Pool. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each respective drawing. Potential winners will be notified via in-game messaging and/or via email, where possible. Winners of Physical Prizes may be required to execute and return, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form (if a U.S. resident) or other tax document as may be required based on the winner’s jurisdiction of residence, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. 

If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within five (5) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected in a further random drawing for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded. Further alternate winners may be selected, at Sponsor’s election, and may be limited only to entrants who have provided their email to Sponsor. Only after Sponsor’s verification of the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules will the potential winners be deemed the “Winners.”

If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must also answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-based question, without assistance, in order to claim their Prize. 

PRIZES (25): A total of twenty-five (25) prizes are available to be won, categorized into “Physical Prizes” and “Digital Prizes” (each a “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”) as follows:

• Physical Prizes: Eligibility for Physical Prizes is restricted to legal residents of the Eligible Countries (USA, DC, Canada [excluding Quebec], France, Germany and the UK)
  • Grand Prize (1): $12,000 USD check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $12,000.
  • Runner-Up Prizes (12): Two Dots merchandise goodie bag (ARV: $50 USD each)
• Digital Prizes: Eligibility for Digital Prizes is open to the Global Drawing Pool (all eligible entrants worldwide)
  • Digital Prize (12): In-Game Reward Bundle, consisting of the below items. No real-world value. For the avoidance of doubt, the in-Game Reward Bundle Prize consists of in-game virtual goods which: (i) have no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of Two Dots; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/.

Total ARV of Prizes: $12,600 USD. 

Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details as to the merchandise goodie bag are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  

Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, or country equivalent, before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault of the Released Parties or if the Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.

Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or The Game or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and subject to the entrants’ reasonable prior notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. 

The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, save that, to the extent an Eligible Country’s law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.

For UK entrants only: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.  

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. 

Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and entrants hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York.  The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

For French entrants: the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the laws of France. French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the events of disputes, claims, and causes of action arising hereunder. 

For German residents: Sponsor is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Participants which are consumers shall only be subject to this choice of law to the extent that they are not deprived of the protection of those provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would apply in the absence of a choice of law. This means that consumers may, irrespective of the choice of law, invoke the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they are habitually resident. 

USE OF DATA:  Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

WINNER LIST:  A list of the Winners (excluding any Winners residing in the European Union) in the form of first name, last initial state/province/country of residence, or such other reasonable form selected by Sponsor, may be requested by emailing [email protected] with “Two Dots Sweet Dozen Prize Pot Sweepstakes” in the subject line, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. 

Any entrant being a United Kingdom citizen residing in the UK may request that the amount of information about them published in the way described above be reduced, by contacting the Sponsor via Customer Support linked above. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s Entry, to the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if the Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes.
