ElIGIBILITY: Open Only to LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) united states And DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER, HAVE A VALID ACCOUNT FOR FARMVILLE 3 (“The Game”), AND HAVE REACHED LEVEL 14 OR HIGHER OF THE GAME. Void Where Prohibited. Establishing a FarmVille 3account is free. All FarmVille 3 terms apply. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Zynga Terms of Service (https://www.zynga.com/legal/terms-of-service), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.

 

Sweepstakes PERIOD: The FarmVille 3 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on September 10, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on September 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

 

to enter: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:

 

1) Via in-game purchases:

Make an in-game purchase of at least USD $0.01 in FarmVille 3. Each separate purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will result in a certain number of sweepstakes entries depending on the purchase amount as set forth below:

 

  • Each separate purchase of USD $0.01 to USD $4.98: 10 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $4.99 to USD $9.98: 20 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $9.99 to USD $19.98: 50 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $19.99 to USD $29.98: 120 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $29.99 to USD $49.98: 200 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $49.99 to USD $99.99: 500 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $99.99+: 1200 entries

 

2) Via purchases made on the Mobile Direct Store (“FarmVille 3 Royal Circle”):

Make a purchase of at least USD $0.01 in the FarmVille 3 Royal Circle. Each separate purchase made during the Sweepstakes Period will result in a certain number of sweepstakes entries depending on the purchase amount as set forth below:

  • Each separate purchase of USD $0.01 to USD $4.98: 20 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $4.99 to USD $9.98: 40 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $9.99 to USD $19.98: 100 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $19.99 to USD $49.98: 240 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $29.99 to USD $49.98: 400 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $49.99 to USD $99.99: 1000 entries
  • Each separate purchase of USD $99.99+: 2500 entries

 

3) Complete Daily Tasks in-game:

Complete the Daily Task the Game to earn ten (10) entries per day. Daily Tasks can be completed once per day, and progress resets at the end of every day. A maximum of 160 entries can be earned via this method during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

4) Via web entry without purchase:

Complete the form located here during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user ten (10) entries into the sweepstakes. Eligible players may enter five (5) times per day via this method, for a total of 50 entries per day.

 

Eligible players may enter an unlimited number of times by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PDT on September 30, 2025. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

Drawing/WINNER NOTIFICATION: Eleven (11) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified via in-game messaging or via the email address associated with their Player ID and may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, W-9 Form (if applicable), and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner is unable to be contacted or fails to respond within two (2) days of date of notification, does not return all required documentation within the time period stated, if a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they must also answer a time-limited, skill-based question in order to claim the Prize.

 

PRIZES: Grand Prize (1): $5,000 USD check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 USD. In-Game Prize (10): 10,000 in-Game Coins and 2,000 in-Game Gems. No real-world value (Each a “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”). For the avoidance of doubt, the in-Game Prize includes in-game virtual goods which: (i) have no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of FarmVille 3; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/.

 

Total ARV of Prizes: $5,000 USD. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

 

Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number, or country equivalent, before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099, or country equivalent, may be issued in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the prizes received. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault of the Released Parties or if the Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.

 

PUBLICITY GRANT: Winners, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, phone calls, or communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

 

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. Entrant residents in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.

 

Use of Data: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
