What is Direct Pay?

Direct Pay is an official marketplace for Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells players in the United States on iOS devices.

Why should I purchase from Direct Pay?

Direct Pay provides the best everyday value available with 50% more gold on your first purchase, and 20% more gold on every subsequent purchase.  This applies to gold, bundles, sales and premium pass purchases.

How do I purchase using Direct Pay?

Harry Potter stores have a Direct Pay toggle at the top of the screen.  When the toggle is on, Direct Pay is enabled for purchases.

If the toggle is set to off, purchases are made through the Apple Platform, and do not award the extra gold value. 

When Direct Pay is on, Gold values in the store will be highlighted with the bonus value.

When Direct Pay is off, Gold values show the base value without a highlight.

What payment types does Direct Pay support?

Currently we support a variety of methods including major credit cards, debit card, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Affirm etc.  Payment information only needs to be added once and saved for future purchases.

How long does it take Direct Pay purchases to show up in my game?

Purchases made in Direct Pay should appear in your game almost immediately.  In some rare instances a game restart may be required.
