You can request a copy of your game account data, by following a few simple steps:
- Tap on the H button or your Username in the upper-left corner to open your Profile.
- Tap on the Settings button(gear icon).
- Tap the Request Data button to request a copy of your Personal Data.
- Type your email address into the space provided and then tap Request.
- You will receive a notification stating that your request has been sent. A copy of your game account data will be sent to your email address.
To request to delete your game account data, follow these simple steps:
- Tap on the H button or your Username in the upper-left corner to open your Profile.
- Tap on the Settings button(gear icon).
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Tap OK to confirm you would like to delete your game account data.
- A confirmation message will appear. Tap OK to confirm your data deletion request.
- Your data deletion request has been processed. You will receive a notification asking if you want to create a new account.
