Zynga Poker’s Golden Goal Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND LIVING IN, ALL COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES WHERE ZYNGA POKER (“THE GAME”) IS LEGALLY AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD, EXCLUDING MAINLAND CHINA (COLLECTIVELY THE “ELIGIBLE COUNTRIES”) WHO HAVE A VALID ZYNGA POKER ACCOUNT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT, ESTABLISHING ONE IS FREE. ALL ZYNGA POKER TERMS APPLY. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, or siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Zynga Terms of Service (https://www.take2games.com/legal/en-US/), and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Zynga Poker – Golden Goal Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on June 10, 2026, and ends at 9:00 AM PDT on July 22, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer in PDT is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible players can enter during the Sweepstakes Period in the following ways:
Via in-game poker play:
Access the Zynga Poker application via your mobile device or online and play Zynga Poker. When a player gets a 'four of a kind' in any game mode, they will get one (1) entry to the Sweepstakes.
Via web entry without purchase:
Complete the form located here (direct URL: https://forms.gle/LBb1SHof9UbzVEpb7) during the Sweepstakes Period. Each web entry submitted will gain the user one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Eligible players may enter an unlimited number of times by any combination of the entry methods during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Zynga User ID or Player ID or email address. All entries must be received by 9:00 AM PDT on July 22, 2026. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about seven (7) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Within seven (7) days of the drawing taking place, potential winners will be notified via an in-game message within the Zynga Poker game application, and/or via email, where possible (the “Winner Notification”). This message will contain a link to an online verification form where the potential winner must verify their age and country of residence, and provide contact info necessary to receive their prize. Upon successful completion of the verification form, potential winners may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification. If a potential winner: (i) is unable to be contacted or fails to respond to in-game message with the completed verification form within two (2) days of date of notification; (ii) fails to return all required documentation within the time period stated; (iii) or is otherwise not in compliance with these rules, the applicable prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected in a further random drawing for any prize after which the applicable prize shall remain unawarded. Further alternate winners may be selected, at Sponsor’s election, and may be limited only to entrants who have provided their email to Sponsor.
If a Canadian resident, the potential winner will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Failure to answer the question correctly will result in the prize being forfeited.
Only after Sponsor’s verification of the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules will the potential winners be deemed the “Winners.”
PRIZES (10): Ten (10) winners (collectively “Winners” and individually each a “Winner”) will each receive 10,000,000,000,000 (10 Trillion) in-game chips (each a “Prize”, collectively “Prizes”). For the avoidance of doubt, the in-game chips are an in-game virtual good which: (i) has no monetary value; (ii) must not be used outside of Zynga Poker; and (iii) must only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned or transferred or redeemed for cash, however Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, social media handle, address (city and state), photograph (including, without limitation, profile photo), voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval, except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, service agencies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded Prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, emails, phone calls, or communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken using the winner determination procedure outlined above or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: SUBJECT TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE MANDATORY PROVISIONS OF ANY OTHER APPLICABLE LAW, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Giveaway and hereby agree that. any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or a giveaway shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or a giveaway, except where prohibited by law, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
USE OF DATA: All personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy for the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Sweepstakes. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.take2games.com/privacy/en-US/. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid and legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
WINNERS LIST: To receive the name of the winner (first name, last initial and state/province of residence), send an email to: [email protected] with “Zynga Poker Golden Goal Sweepstakes” in the subject line, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
