Tap on the Gear button located in the top-right corner of the screen to access the Settings.
Tap on the Help and Support button.
Tap on the chat bubble button located in the top-right corner of the screen. You can also find a Chat with us button when you scroll down to the bottom of the page.
You can also access our Player Support page by tapping on Help and Support on the game loading screen.
