If you notice that the Rich Pass icon is missing at the end of the season before you've claimed your Piggy Bank, make sure you have the latest app version installed. This will allow you to access the Rich Pass and claim your previous Piggy Bank reward - as long as you've unlocked the Gold feature and reached the Piggy Bank icon (260 Rich Pass points) through your past Rich Pass milestones.
