ELIGIBILITY: OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CANADA (excluding Quebec), AUSTRIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY, GREECE, NETHERLANDS, SPAIN, SWITZERLAND, AND UNITED KINGDOM (“ELIGIBLE TERRITORIES”), WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE, COUNTRY AND/OR PROVINCE OF RESIDENCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and living in their same households, whether or not related) of Zynga Inc. (“Sponsor”), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, national and local laws.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Two Dots 12th Anniversary Social Giveaway (“Giveaway”) starts on June 18, 2026, beginning at or around 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) / 03:00 PM Central European Summer Time (“CEST”) and ends at 5:59 PM EDT / 11:59 PM CEST on June 24, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer in CEST is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER: Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway by taking the following steps for one (1) entry:
- Log into your Instagram account and visit the Two Dots Instagram account located at https://www.instagram.com/twodots/ .
- Locate the Giveaway post that asks the question “who would be your favourite plus one/guest to a garden party”, and comment on the post to say who your dream garden party guest is. One comment earns you one (1) Entry.
Limit ten (10) Entries per person per day during the Giveaway Period, for a maximum of 70 possible Entries during the entire Giveaway Period. Entries made in excess of the maximum allowed from any person will be void.
In order to enter the Giveaway, you must be a follower of the Two Dots Instagram account. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. Your Instagram account must be set to 'public' so that your entry comment can be verified by Sponsor. If your account is private, your comment may not be visible to Sponsor and your Entry will be void. All Instagram terms apply (as applicable). If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. You should consult your wireless service provider's pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier. You should also check your device's features for capabilities and check the device manual for specific use instructions.
All entry information and other content submitted by an entrant as part of these Giveaway shall be referred to herein as an “Entry”, and collectively as the “Entries”. All Entries must comply with Entry Requirements (as defined below), as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway in the event an insufficient number of Entries are received during each Giveaway.
Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Instagram accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Instagram account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process or are in violation of Sponsor’s Terms of Service, located at www.take2games.com/legal/, or these Official Rules are void.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s image and not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Entry that it determines, in its sole discretion, is not in compliance with these Official Rules or is otherwise not fit for a general audience or in good taste.
DRAWING/WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: Four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about one (1) day after the end of the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Potential winners will be notified on or about June 25, 2026 by direct message, @reply, comment and/or e-mail and may be required to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification (the “Winner Notification”). U.S. residents may also be required to sign a W-9 Form, if required by applicable tax law. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential winner rejects their prize or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules or is ineligible, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
If a Canadian resident, the potential winner will also be required to correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question without any assistance in order to be eligible to receive a prize. Failure to answer the question correctly will result in the prize being forfeited.
Only after Sponsor’s verification of the potential winners’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules will the potential winners be deemed the “Winners.”
PRIZES (4): Four (4) Winners will each receive one (1) Two Dots merchandise goodie bag (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of Prize (“ARV”): $50 USD. Total ARV of all Prizes: $200 USD.
Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, except the legal warranty (including the warranty for hidden defects) owed by the manufacturer of the products awarded as Prizes. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize or any part of the Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. All Prize details as to the merchandise goodie bag are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes will be delivered to Winners via mail.
The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace a lost, mutilated or stolen Prize if not due to the fault of the Released Parties or if the Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address.
For U.S. Residents Only: The value of any prize awarded to a Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. If applicable based on cumulative annual winnings, a U.S. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes, and an IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Winner.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Winners, by acceptance of Prize, except where legally prohibited, grant permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their names, addresses (city and state/province), photographs, voices and/or other likenesses and Prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., Meta Platforms (dba Instagram) and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including personal injury and/or death (other than in respect of any personal injury and/or death that is caused by Sponsor’s negligence), fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Giveaway. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, comments, @replies, messages, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Giveaway -related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for certain categories of loss or damage, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all entrants or shall only apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event that any of the above limitations or exclusions of liability are not enforceable under applicable law, the affected limitation or exclusion of liability shall be deemed omitted from these Official Rules and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Official Rules.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Giveaway be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, and subject to the entrants’ reasonable prior notice, to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
The above provisions apply to the fullest extent permissible by law, save that, to the extent an Eligible Country’s law applies, nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit the Sponsor’s or Released Parties’ liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence; or (iii) any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited.
For UK entrants only: Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability.
DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES.
Entrants resident in the United States of America hereby waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Giveaway. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Giveaway shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association and entrants hereby agree that any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
For entrants who are not resident in the United States of America and/or for any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Giveaway, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
For French entrants: the Giveaway, the Official Rules, and their interpretation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the laws of France. French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the events of disputes, claims, and causes of action arising hereunder.
For German residents: Sponsor is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Participants which are consumers shall only be subject to this choice of law to the extent that they are not deprived of the protection of those provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law that would apply in the absence of a choice of law. This means that consumers may, irrespective of the choice of law, invoke the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they are habitually resident.
USE OF DATA: Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with its privacy policy or the sole purposes of conducting, administering and marketing the Giveaway. Any personal data submitted to, or collected by, Sponsor or its data processors in connection with the Giveaway will be processed by Sponsor and/or its data processors in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy for the purposes of conducting, administering, and marketing the Giveaway. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby acknowledge that: (i) they have read and understood Sponsor’s privacy policy; (ii) Sponsor has a valid legitimate interest in processing their personal data for these purposes; and (iii) Sponsor’s legitimate interests are not outweighed by their own interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

WINNERS LIST: A list of the Winners (excluding any Winners residing in the European Union) in the form of first name, last initial, state/province/country of residence, or such other reasonable form selected by Sponsor, may be requested by emailing [email protected] with “Two Dots 12th Anniversary Social Giveaway” in the subject line, no later than 90 (ninety) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
Any entrant being a United Kingdom citizen residing in the UK may request that the amount of information about them published in the way described above be reduced, by contacting the Sponsor via Customer Support linked above. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Sponsor may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s Entry, to the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen if the Sponsor is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes.
